A new type of high temperature resistance anti-corrosion coating systems used for engine exhaust pipe was introduced.The primer was prepared by using aluminum powder,inorganic phosphate,water,other pigment and fillers.Silicate coating was used as topcoat.The influence to the coatings＇ properties such as the content of aluminum powder and the ratio of different diameter aluminum powder in primer,the treatment of different base materials and curing technology were mainly discussed.
