摘要
介绍了一种发动机排气管用新型耐高温防腐蚀涂料体系。该涂料体系底漆由铝粉、无机磷酸盐、水及其它颜填料制备而成,面漆为硅酸盐涂料。主要讨论了底漆中铝粉含量及不同粒径铝粉之间的比例对涂层性能的影响和不同底材处理方式及固化工艺对于涂层性能的影响。
A new type of high temperature resistance anti-corrosion coating systems used for engine exhaust pipe was introduced.The primer was prepared by using aluminum powder,inorganic phosphate,water,other pigment and fillers.Silicate coating was used as topcoat.The influence to the coatings' properties such as the content of aluminum powder and the ratio of different diameter aluminum powder in primer,the treatment of different base materials and curing technology were mainly discussed.
