摘要
普通原子灰粉尘严重影响电泳底漆与中涂或面漆之间的附着力。分析了目前汽车生产厂家除去原子灰粉尘的几种方法及生产过程中的难点所在,研发了一种不影响电泳底漆与面漆附着力的汽车专用腻子,不用彻底除去粉尘,附着力可达到0级。
The dust of ordinary unsaturated polyester putty seriously influence the adhesion between ED film and primer or topcoat。we developed the automobile special putty which does not influence the adhesion between ED film and primer or topcoat after analyzed the difficulties which was faced by present manufacturers of automobile in several methods of renovating putty and the producing process,it were not necessary for this special putty to completely remove the dust,Its adhesion can reach level 0.
