摘要
通过对乘客的问询调查,从乘客感知角度出发,对各单个设施因素和进站总体服务水平进行评价,采用线性回归模型建立进站总体服务水平与各单个设施因素服务水平之间的数学关系,明确主要影响设施及其影响程度;而对莘庄轨道车站进站客流的问卷数据分析表明:换乘衔接设施、站外步行环境、轨道站台、验票匝机和总步行距离为对该车站进站服务水平显著影响的5个因素,影响程度依次为0.205,0.196,0.196,0.140,0.126,与实际情况相符,证明模型具有很好的适用性,且模型可操作性强,为轨道车站服务水平的评价提供了一种很好的方法.
Based on the user perceptions,the level of services(LOS) of individual components and the overall station were evaluated by surveying the passengers.The linear regression model was used to obtain a mathematical relationship between the overall arriving LOS ratings and the LOS of individual components,which could identify the main important attributes and the degree of their importance.The questionnaires data analysis of the arriving passengers in Xinzhuang rail station shows that transfer facilities,walking environment outside,rail station platform,checking in and total walking distance are the five significant impact facilities for the arriving passengers,and the degrees of importation are:0.205,0.196,0.196,0.140,0.126,which correspond to the actual situation,and the model proves to be of good applicability and operability.The model provides a good method for evaluating overall LOS of urban rail station.
