摘要
应用齿轮试验机进行齿轮传动疲劳点蚀试验,研究齿轮疲劳寿命的分布类型,确定分布参数,并计算可靠度及可靠寿命;建立齿轮传动系统中疲劳点蚀故障的随机过程模型,研究齿轮疲劳点蚀故障的分布特征、趋势特征。结果表明:齿轮疲劳寿命为对数正态分布;齿轮疲劳点蚀失效首先是一个更新过程,通过进一步的检验分析,其寿命特征没有呈现出增大的趋势,即齿轮故障模型不是一个非时齐的泊松过程,通过验证,该过程为时齐泊松过程。
The fatigue pitting failures experiments of gear transmission was carried out using the gearing testing machine. The distribution type and distribution parameters of fatigue life of gears were studied. The reliability and the life were calculated. Failure random processing modal of fatigue pitting gear system was built, the distribution characteristics, the tendency of fatigue pitting of gear life span were studied. The results show that fatigue life of gears fits the log-normal Gaussian distribution. The pitting failure model of gear is renewal process. The additional analysis shows that the service life of gear indicates no increase trend and is not a process of non-homogeneous Poisson, but a process of homogeneous Poisson.
