摘要
通过球磨改性的方法,使用油酸、硅烷、季铵盐、钛酸酯4种修饰剂对纳米坡缕石颗粒进行表面修饰,使用沉降法及TEM进行修饰效果评价。将经过修饰的纳米坡缕石颗粒作为润滑添加剂,在MMU-10G型高速高温摩擦磨损试验机上考察其摩擦学特性。结果表明:油酸对纳米坡缕石具有优异的表面修饰效果,且其在润滑油中具有良好的分散稳定性;经表面修饰的纳米坡缕石具有优异的减摩作用和良好的抗磨效果,与基础油相比,摩擦因数降低43.1%,磨损失重减少10.1%。
The surface of the nanometer size palygorskite particle was modified respectively with oleic acid, silane,quaternary ammonium salt and titanate by ball-milling, the surface modification effect was evaluated by sedimentation experiments and TEM observation. The tribological properties of the modified nano-palygorskite particle as the additive of lubricant were investigated on the MMU-10G high-speed and high-temperature friction and wear test machine. The results show that the nano-palygorskite particle modified by oleic acid has good dispersion stability in lubricant. The lubricant with the modified nano-palygorskite particle displays a good performances of friction reducting and antiwear, the friction coefficient of this lubricant reduces by 43.1% and the wear loss decreases by 10. 1% compared with that of the base oil.
