摘要
用线接触光弹流实验装置,对数凸度滚子重载变速工况进行实验研究。实验时载荷为0.92GPa,滚子的卷吸速度按正弦规律变化。结果表明:重载变速工况下润滑油膜的变化受到挤压效应和楔形效应的作用,呈现明显的马蹄形弹流特征,滚子端部出现闭合效应;当载荷足够大时,对数凸型滚子弹流润滑状态下的油膜沿轴向分布也会呈现不均匀,出现明显的"边缘效应"。因此在对滚子轮廓的凸度量设计时,需要考虑滚子轴向的最大接触应力,工作时的载荷不应大于这个值。
Experiments were carried out to study finite line contact crown roller under heavy load and varying entrainment with optical EHL experimental device. Experimental load is 0. 92 GPa and roller entrainment speed varies by sine law. The results show that film thickness and shape changes of finite line contact crown roller are caused by squeezing and wedge effect that there are obvious features of horseshoe- shaped EHL and the end closure is displayed in interferograms. As the load is heavy enough ,the film presents uneven distribution along the axial and the"edge effect". The maximum axial roller contact stress should be determined in the design of roller profile,and the load at work should not exceed this value.
