摘要 采用化学镀技术制备Ni-B-C60纳米复合镀层,对复合镀层的表面形貌进行分析,并对复合镀层的微动摩擦学特性进行试验研究,并与Ni-B镀层性能进行对比。结果表明:Ni-B-C60复合镀层的胞状颗粒的胞径比Ni-B镀层的胞状颗粒的胞径小;在微动磨损过程中Ni-B-C60复合镀层具有自润滑性能,使其摩擦因数比Ni-B镀层低,即Ni-B-C60复合镀层的减摩耐磨损性能优于Ni-B镀层。 The fretting wear behavior of Ni-B and Ni-B-C60 electroless plating deposited was studied. The fretting wear resistance of the two coatings was tested and the coating surface morphology was observed. The results show that the cellular particle diameter of the Ni-B-C60 composite coating is smaller thn that of the Ni-B coating; the Ni-B-C60 coating has self--lubricated property during the process of fretting wear, which makes it posses lower friction coefficient than Ni-B coating. The wear resistance of the Ni-B-C60 self-lubricant composite coating is higher than that of the Ni-B coating.
