摘要
根据单锥角收敛间隙流体静压密封模型,提出多锥角收敛间隙流体静压密封的结构,建立双锥角和三锥角流体静压密封端面间液膜数值分析模型,采用Fluent流体分析软件计算得到端面间的压力和速度分布,分析工作参数如转速、压力,密封结构参数如锥角等对密封性能的影响。结果表明:双锥角或三锥角模型,当其任意一个锥角增大,泄漏量和开启力都增大;越靠近内径的锥角大小对密封性能的影响越大;转速对密封性能影响不大;增加锥角数量,可改善压力分布,提高开启力。
The variable cone angle structure of convergence gap hydrostatic pressure seal was presented based on the single cone angle model. The numerical analysis models of hydrostatic pressure seals between the fihn for the double cone angle and triple cone angle were established,the pressure and velocity distributions were obtained by using fluid analysis software Fluent. The effects of operating parameters such as speed and pressure, the sealing structural parameters such as cone angle on sealing performance were analyzed. The results show that the leakage and opening force increase obviously with the increases of any of the cone angles in double cone angle or triple cone angle models. As the cone angle is close to the inner diameter, the size of the cone angle has more influence on the sealing performance;speed has little effect on the sealing performance;the pressure distribution will improve and the opening force will increase with increasing the number of cone angles.
