摘要
通过真空热失重分析法测试全氟聚醚润滑油的挥发性,并通过外推法求得其在常温下的蒸气压。以聚四氟乙烯为增稠剂,配制不同基础油含量的全氟聚醚润滑脂,考察其抗磨性及极压性,并采用红外光谱分析其结构。结果表明,全氟聚醚润滑油的蒸气压极低,采用真空热失重分析法测得的挥发性基本符合要求;在全氟聚醚润滑脂中随着基础油含量的增加,抗磨性能逐渐提高,而极压性变化不明显;红外光谱分析表明不同稠化剂含量的润滑脂的吸收峰位置基本一致,只有吸收峰相对强度有所改变。
The volatility of perfluoropolyether was measured with Thermogravimetic Analyzer in vacuum,and the vapor pressure at room temperature was estimated by extrapolation. Perfluoropolyether greases were prepared with perfluoropolyether as base oil and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) as thickening agent, their properties of wear resistance and extreme pressure were evaluated on four-ball tribometer. Their structures were analyzed by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR). Results indicate that perfluoropolyether exhibits very low vapor pressure, and the results of vapor pressure measured with Thermogravimetic Analyzer in vacuum are correct. The antiwear property is increased with the increase of base oil in perfluoropolyether greases, however the extreme pressure property has no obvious change. FTIR analysis shows that the absorption peak of the grease with different content of thicker is consistent, only the intensity changes.
