摘要
使用共沉淀法、溶胶凝胶法和水热法,以Zr(NO3)4.5H2O和Fe(NO3)3.9H2O为原料制备铁掺杂的氧化锆粉体,对不同工艺制得的样品采用PXRD、SEM、TG/DSC及BET等技术进行表征及计算分析,分析不同煅烧温度对粉体性能的影响。结果表明,不同制备工艺与煅烧温度对粉体的粒度、形貌、晶形、晶粒大小、晶格常数、晶格畸变率、孔容、孔径、比表面积等有显著影响;采用溶胶凝胶方法,在680℃煅烧得到的粉体在性能上适合玻璃等软基材的抛光。
Zr ( NO3 ) 4 ·5 H2O and Fe ( NO3 ) 3 · 9 H2O were used as starting material to prepare the Fe-doped ZrO2 powder by using the co-precipitation, sol-gel and hydrothermal methods. PXRD, SEM, TG-DSC and BET methods were used to characterize the physical properties, and computer-aided analysis was also carried out. The effect of sintering temperature on the properties of ZrO2 was investigated. As a result, the remarkable difference is observed among those samples in the powder granularity, shape, morphology, crystalline size, lattice parameters, aberrance ratio, pore volume, pore size, surface area, etc. Sol-gel method is approved to be a successful strategy to prepare the polishing powder at 680 ℃, which is suitable to polish the soft-based materials such as glass.
