摘要
在滚筒驱动机构内部设计一套强制润滑装置,当滚筒驱动机构的抬起角度超过一定限度,油浴润滑不能满足主轴承的需要时,该装置能够自动开启,改善主轴承润滑状况,而在主轴承的润滑条件恢复后,该装置自动停止工作。介绍该滚筒驱动机构间歇润滑装置及其核心部件重力离合器的结构和工作原理。
A compulsory lubricating device was designed inside the driving device of roadheader. When the elevation ot the driving device exceeds certain degree, the lubricating requirements of the main bearing can not be met by bath lubrication, this lubricating device will work automatically to improve the lubrication of main bearing, while it will stop when the lubrication condition recovers. The intermittent lubricating device of the driving device and the structure and working principle of the key component, namely gravity clutch ,were introduced.
