摘要
为考核高压直流输电(HVDC)换流阀耐受电流应力,在换流阀合成试验系统中使用了"直流大电流源"。讨论了该直流大电流源的控制与保护策略,介绍了稳流控制、保护措施、硬件功能、软件流程、脉冲触发单元等。提出将DSP、CAN通讯、嵌入式六相触发脉冲产生等技术集成于六脉动全控整流桥的控制与保护系统中,从而形成完整的适用于换流阀合成试验的直流大电流源。
To assess the ability of high voltage direct current transmission(HVDC) converter valve to withstand the current stress,"DC high-current source" was used in the synthesis of converter valve test system.The control and protection strategies of the DC high-current source was discussed in the paper,and the steady flow control,protection measures,hardware features,software process,pulse-triggering unit,and etc.were introduced.The idea of DSP technology,CAN communication technology and embedded six-phase trigger pulse generator technology integrated with the control and protection systems of six pulse bridge full-controlled rectifier was proposed,which formed a complete control and protection system of DC high-current source applied in synthetic test for the converter valve.
