摘要 提出一种测定磷酸铁锂材料中锂铁磷主体三元素及掺杂金属元素(锆、镁、锰、铝、钛、锌、铬)的方法。在较大的酸度条件下用盐酸溶解试样,保持酸度(6 mol/L HCl以上)使掺杂的锆元素生成ZrP2O7.5 H2O沉淀,过滤后滤液用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)测定锂铁磷主体三元素及掺杂金属元素,滤渣灰化后在850℃灼烧,用重量法测定锆元素。 A method for determination of lithium,iron,phosphorus and doped elements(Zr,Mg,Mn,Al,Ti,Zn,Cr) was introduced.The LiFePO4 samples were dissolved by hydrochloric acid,and zirconium was deposited as ZrP2O7.5 H2O in high acidic solutions(more than 6 mol/L HCl).After filtrated,the filtrates were used to determine lithium,iron,phosphorus and doped elements by ICP-OES method,and the filtered wastes were used to determine zirconium by gravimetric method after incinerated and burned at 850 ℃.
