摘要
系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）是一种多器官、多系统损害,具有以抗核抗体为主的大量自身抗体为特征的自身免疫性疾病.因此,敏感且特异地检测SLE患者血清中的自身抗体已构成临床医学实践中重要一环.
