摘要
将语义网规则语言SWRL和推理引擎JESS结合起来,通过对本体概念及其属性的分析,能够判定出本体概念之间隐含的语义关系,从而进行知识发现。利用Protege 3.4制作心电图本体,基于SWRL推理机制建立心电图各波型、波段不同值组合的规则,将SWRL规则导入到JESS推理引擎中进行推理,最后将推理产生的新信息再写入心电图本体中,具有推理功能的心电图本体可用以解决心电图智能诊断问题,并为构建心电图专家系统打下基础,该方法为本体在专业领域的应用进行了有益探索。
By combining Semantic Web Rule Language SWRL with inference engine and analysing the ontology concept and attribute,we can discover connotative relationship among the ontology concepts and make the KDD.Building Electrocardiogram ontology by using protege 3.4 and establishing the Inference rules about the combination of different values of the ECG waveform, then importing the SWRL rules into the JESS inference engine and reasoning,re-writing new information generated by JESS into the ECG ontology.The ECG ontology with reasoning function can be used to solve the intelligent diagnose problem,and lay the foundation for building expert system for electrocardiogram,the method is a useful exploration for ontology application in the professional field.
