摘要 将编队级目标类型融合识别问题归结为一类具有优先级的不确定多准则决策问题,基于直觉模糊集和POWA算子的基本概念,分别定义了直觉模糊优先有序加权平均算子和直觉模糊混合优先有序加权平均算子,给出了确定其关联权重向量的方法。对编队级目标情报融合识别问题进行数学描述,结合直觉模糊熵权思想和直觉模糊平均加权算子,提出了基于直觉模糊混合优先有序加权平均算子的舰艇编队目标类型融合识别方法,利用实例对方法的有效性进行了说明。 Formation level target type recognition based on intelligence fusion problem was reganded as a class of prioritized multi-criteria decision-making problem.According to the basic concepts of intuitionistic fuzzy sets and POWA operator,the Intuitionistic Fuzzy Prioritized OWA(IFPOWA) operator and theIntuitionistic Fuzzy Hybrid Prioritized OWA(IFHPOWA) operator were defined.The method for determining the weighting vector related with the operators was proposed.The mathematical description of formation-level target type recognition based on intelligence fusion problem was presented.Combined with IFWA and intuitionistic fuzzy entropy weight methodology,a novel target type fusing recognition methodology utilizing the new proposed IFHPOWA operator was developed.Finally,a practical example was provided to verify the effectiveness of the developed approach.
