交联酸携砂酸压在白云岩气藏改造中的应用 被引量:13

摘要 低渗白云岩储层自身物性条件较差,常规酸压及水力加砂压裂工艺在实际应用中不能取得明显的增产改造效果。在分析针对靖边气田现有白云岩储层改造面临的难点基础上,开展了交联酸携砂酸压工艺的研究与现场实践。该工艺将酸液携砂填充裂缝与破胶后酸化作用有机结合起来,以最终形成高导流能力的酸蚀-支撑复合裂缝,扩大了油气渗流通道。现场11井次试验表明,措施成功率达100%,最大加砂量25.1m3,压后平均返排率在82%以上,平均试气无阻流量达12×104m3/d以上,最高获37.0236×104m3/d。与邻井其他工艺增产效果相比,该工艺具有一定优势,为碳酸盐岩类储层增产改造提供了新思路。 Due to its poor physical properties in dolomite gas reservoirs,no obvious effect of stimulation can be obtained by conventional acidizing and hydraulic sand fracturing in practice.Based on analysis of difficulties faced in stimulation treatment for dolomite gas reservoirs of Jingbian Gas field,a study and field experiment of acidizing and fracturing with crosslinking acid carrying sand was carried out.The technique combines comprehensively filling fractures with acid carrying sands and acidizing reservoir after gelout,and so finally forms a composite acid etching and supporting fractures with high conductivity which enlarges flow passageway for oil and/or gas.Field experiments on 11 wells were all successful,the maximum of used sand was 25.1 m3,flowback rate was over 82%,average AOFP was over 12×104m3/d,and the maximum was 37.0236×104m3/d.It is better than other techniques used on the neighboring wells,and provides new idea for stimulation treatment in carbonate reservoirs.
