分层酸化管柱配置选型研究

Study on Configuration and Selection of Acidification String for Separated Layer

结合常规酸化管柱特点,研究分层酸化对井下完井管柱新的要求,优选出新型配套管柱,并对其进行实用性实验,得到了很好的预期效果。通过此次研究试验,解决了常规管柱不能一次性下钻满足分层酸化的问题,简化了分层酸化井下施工程序,缩短了施工工期,为今后分层酸化施工提供了可靠的井下工具技术保障。

Combined with characteristics of conventional acid string,the new requirement of acidification string for separated layer to downhole completion string is studied further,and a new supporting string is optimized and practical experiment of that has been conducted and expected results are gained.Through this research trials,that of the conventional drill string being not met problems of acidification for separated layer at one-time is solved,down hole operation process is simplified,the construction period is shortened,which provides a reliable technical support of downhole tools.
