摘要
简要介绍了我国电信行业的发展历史,运用委托—代理理论分析了我国电信行业的垄断行为,提出我国电信行业反垄断的一些建议。
This paper introduces briefly the development history of China’s telecommunications industry, and by using the principal -agent theory, analyzes some monopolistic behaviors in China’s telecommunications industry, and puts forward some suggestions on anti-trust issue in China’s telecommunications industry.
