摘要
针对目前液压支架侧护板的锁紧装置结构形式,分析当前结构存在的不足与缺陷,研究出一种新型锁紧装置。该锁紧装置由原先的分体式更改为整体式,将原来的锁销与耳板等结构去除,更改为可旋转的圆盘类锁紧机构。该锁紧装置充分利用侧护板与支架梁体之间的空间,将原来独立的个体,改为有机的整体,能够较好地应用于液压支架侧护板中。同时分析了老结构的可改造性以及与在新结构、新材料上的可应用性。
According to the locking structure type of the side protective plate for the present hydraulic powered support,the paper had an analysis on the shortages and defects of the present structure.A new locking device was researched.The locking device was changed from the previous individual mode to the integrated mode.The previous locking pin and the side plate as well as other structures were removed and were replaced with a rotary round pan locking mechanism.The locking device could fully play the space between the side protective plate and the support beam,could be changed from the previous individual to the organic integration and could be well applied to the side protective plate of the hydraulic powered support.The paper analyzed the reconstruction of the previous structure and the applicability to the new structure and new material.
