摘要
缠绕式提升机制动系统安全运行及其智能化需要准确、适用的判定及计算方法。根据《煤矿安全规程》对制动力矩的具体要求,对缠绕提升系统各种工况进行了运动学和动力学分析,结果表明:当安全制动方式系数k≤0时,系统必须采用二级制动;当k≥[k]([k]为安全制动方式判定值)时,系统不必采用二级制动;当0<k<[k]时,可根据制动力矩的可取值范围酌情确定是否采用二级制动,制动力矩为其取值范围的中间值,进而得出一种适用于立井、斜井缠绕式提升系统安全制动方式及制动力矩的选择和确定方法。
The safety operation and the intelligentization of the braking system for the winding hoist would require a correct and suitable judgment and calculation method.According to the certain requirements of the braking torque stipulated in Coal Mine Safety Regulations,the kinematics and dynamics analysis was conducted on the each performance of the winding hoisting system.The results showed that when the safety braking mode with a coefficient of k≤0([k]is safety braking mode judgemant value),the system should have a secondary braking,when the safety braking mode with a coefficient of k [k],the system would be unnecessary to have the secondary braking and when the safety braking mode with a coefficient of 0 k [k],the application of the secondary braking would be dependent on the desirable value scope of the braking torque set up.The braking torque was picked up the medium value from the braking value scope.Thus a selection and determination method could be obtained suitable for the safety braking mode and the braking torque of the winding type hoist system both in the mine shaft and mine inclined shaft.
