摘要
为了提高锚杆钻车的可靠性和降低维护成本,用加载试验装置对大修后和新出厂的锚杆钻车进行加载试验。介绍了锚杆钻车加载试验装置的结构特点和主要技术参数,阐述了加载系统中液压控制系统和电控系统的组成及其功能。结果表明:该加载试验装置能够大幅度降低大修及新设备出厂后的初期故障率,提高设备运行的可靠性;同时,在设备使用过程中,节省了其使用前期生产备件的投入,节约了大量人力,提高了设备的总使用效率;该加载试验装置运行平稳,便于检修。
In order to improve the reliability of the bolt drilling rig and to reduce the maintenance cost,the loading test device was applied to the loading test of the bolt drilling rig after the overhaul completed or before the factory outlet.The paper introduced the structure features and the main technical parameters of the loading test device and stated the compositions and the functions of the hydraulic control system and the electric control system applied in the loading test device.The test results showed that the loading test device could highly reduce the initial fault rate after the overhaul and after the equipment out from factory outlet and could improve the reliability of the equipment operation.Meanwhile,during the application of the equipment,the input of the production spare parts before the application of the equipment could be saved,the great labor force could be saved and the total usage efficiency of the equipment could be improved.The loading test device could be stable in operation and be easy for inspection.
