摘要
以沙利文的焦虑理论为依据,对哈尔滨市图书馆员的焦虑状况进行了实证研究,指出公共图书馆员存在较高的焦虑症状,并提出解决措施。
Taking the anxiety theory of Sullivan as the foundation,this paper makes the experimental research on the anxiety situation of librarians in Harbin Library,points out that the public librarians have higher anxious symptoms,and puts forward some solutions.
