摘要 分析了C2C电子商务顾客满意度的影响因素,并在此基础上构建了C2C电子商务的顾客满意度模型。 This paper analyzes the factors influencing the customer satisfaction of C2C E-commerce,and based on this,constructs the model of customer satisfaction of C2C E-commerce.
