摘要
在某些关键场合需要径向尺寸很小的安全装置。为了设计一种在过载情况下能保护设备的安全膜片,采用了4种计算方法对此进行分析,并将计算结果与实验的结果进行比较,最终确定采用Ansys软件的非线性模块进行有限元计算得到的结果更加接近实验数值,从而确定在今后安全膜片的计算中应特别重视Ansys的计算结果。
Safety device that own small size for radial dimensions was needed in some critical situations. Four calculation methods was adopted in order to design and analyze the safety diaphragm, and the result was taken comparing with the experiment, analysis software Ansys was finally decided to use, and the result was closer to the experiment. The calculation of safety diaphragm should pay more attention to the analysis software Ansys.
