Study on the Establishment of Information Disclosure System of Real Estate Market

介绍了中国房地产市场信息披露制度构建的理论基础,在分析目前我国房地产市场信息披露中存在的问题的基础上,提出了建立完善的信息披露制度的具体构想。

This paper introduces the theoretical basis for establishing information disclosure system of real estate market in China,and based on analyzing some problems existing in information disclosure of real estate market in China,puts forward some concrete ideas for establishing the perfect information disclosure system.
