企业的发展离不开人才资源,如何避免人才流失是企业人才资源管理的一个难题。将马斯洛的需求层次理论应用于企业人才资源管理,尽量满足员工的五个层次的需要,培养企业人才的忠诚度,可避免企业人才流失。
The development of enterprise can hardly do without the talent resource,and how to avoid the brain drain is a difficult problem in enterprise's talent management.Applying Maslow's need-hierarchy theory into enterprise's talent management,satisfying employees'five level demands as much as possible and cultivating the loyalty of enterprise talents can avoid the brain drain.
