总结了科技型中小企业成长过程中存在的一些问题,借鉴3M公司培育创新项目的经验,提出科技型中小企业成长的策略。
This paper sums up some problems existing in the growth of small and middle-sized high-tech enterprises,and uses some experiences of 3M Company in developing innovation projects,puts forward the growth strategy of small and middle-sized high-tech enterprises.
