摘要
综述了二氟甲烷的基本性质和合成方法,介绍了氢解法、甲醛氟化法、二氟甲烷氟化法等的工艺研究进展,重点介绍了二氟甲烷氟化法中气液两种方法的工艺特点,液相法反应器的腐蚀情况及理论推理,气相法中催化剂的研究进展,对比了各种合成方法的优缺点。
The character and synthesis of difluoromethane were summarized.Researching advances in methods of hydrogenolysis,formaldehyde fluorination,and the methane fluorination process were introduced. The process feature of gas and liquid methane fluorination methods emphatically were introduced.Liquid method reactor corrosion situation and theoretical reasoning,as well as research progress on the catalysts for gas phase process were reviewed.The comparison of advantages and disadvantages for rariens synthesis processes was made.
