锦16块二元驱原油脱水集输系统研究

摘要 为确保辽河油田锦16块油藏持续有效开采,已转变开发方式,开展二元化学驱三次采油工艺试验。转变开发方式后,原油物性发生变化,原地面集输系统无法适应新的开采模式。通过大量室内实验研究,确定出新集输系统的脱水技术,即二段大罐热化学沉降脱水技术和二段电化学脱水技术,并确定相应关键技术参数。现场试验表明,两种脱水技术均可满足化学驱原油脱水工艺需要。同时,提出3个原油脱水工艺方案,通过对比分析,优选方案3为最佳脱水系统。 Tertiary recovery test of surfactant-polymer flooding has been conducted for the Jin 16 block in the Liaohe oilfield. After conversion of development scheme,oil property has changed,the existing oil and gas gathering system can not adapt to the new recovery mode. The dehydration technology and relevant key parameters are determined for the new gathering system through a large quantity of laboratory experiments,including dehydration by thermochemical settling in the second stage tanks and by the second stage electrochemical dehydration. Field test has proved that both of the dehydration methods can meet the requirements of crude oil dehydration in chemical flooding. Three dehydration programs are presented and compared,and Program 3 is the optimal dehydration system.
