摘要
对8名武汉体育学院皮艇运动员在室内测功仪1 000m模拟划过程中,通过MEGA-6 000肌电仪实时监测,结果发现:(1)室内1 000m模拟划全程中,肱三头肌、背阔肌、肱桡肌、腹外斜肌是主要用力肌肉,在皮艇运动专项力量训练安排上,应着重加强这些肌肉的力量训练;(2)在判断1 000m模拟划全程的运动强度方面,IEMG变化与桨频的变化有很好的相关性,相关性系数r=0.664,具有非常显著性差异,表明表面肌电信号可以在一定程度上反映运动强度;(3)在完整周期动作的肌肉激活顺序方面,结合皮艇专项动作的解析,本研究中被测肌肉基本上遵循了正确技术动作的肌肉活动规律。
Eight professional kayak athletes in Kayak Team of Wuhan Institute of Physical Education were monitored during the course of 1000m paddling on ergometer. Raw SEMG data were detected by MEGA 6000. The result showed that during the the course of indoor 1000m paddling, musculus triceps brachii, rectus femoris, brachioradialis, external abdominal oblique were the main muscles used. In the way of judging exercise intensity, IEMG changing was similar to the changing of tempo. The coefficent was 0. 664, showing obviously difference. It meant that SEMG signals could reveal the exercise intensity. In analysing the sequence of muscle acting, through analysing the professional action, the article showed that all muscles followed the order of right action.
