摘要
以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,以环己酮和乙二醇为原料合成了环己酮乙二醇缩酮,通过正交实验法,较系统地研究了合成环己酮乙二醇缩酮的影响因素。实验表明:固定环己酮物质的量为0.2mol,在n(环己酮)∶n(乙二醇)=1∶1.5,催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的2.6%,带水剂环己烷20mL,反应时间60m in的优化条件下,环己酮乙二醇缩酮的收率可达78.9%.
Cyelohexanone ethylene ketal was synthesized from cyclohexanone and ethylene glycol in the presence of p - toluene sulfonic acid. The factors influencing the synthesis were investigated. The optimum conditions were found. The optimum conditions were as follows : molar ratio of cyclohexanone to ethylene glycol is 1 : 1.5, the mass ratio of the catalyst used to the reactants is 2.6%, dried cyclohexane is 20 mL and the reaction time is 60min. p - Toluene sulfonic acid is an excellent catalyst for synthesizing cyclohexanone ethylene ketal and the product yield can reach over 78.9%.
