某儿童医院住院患儿疾病谱及死因分析

Analysis on Disease Spectrum and Death Causes of Hospitalized Children in a Children’s Hospital

目的了解某儿童医院住院患儿疾病谱及死亡原因的变化趋势,为更有效地进行儿童疾病治疗和预防保健工作提供依据。方法采用回顾性研究及相关分析,对疾病分类、死亡原因及其变化趋势进行统计分析。结果 1993年-2008年某儿童医院住院患儿疾病谱及死亡原因发生了显著变化。住院患儿人数明显增加,病死率明显下降,过去的少见病正成为现今的常见病。结论进一步加强儿童疾病的防控和保健工作,普及健康教育知识,为保障儿童身体健康做努力。

Objective To investigate the trends of disease spectrum and death causes of hospitalized children in a children’s hospital in order to provide reference for more effective treatment and prevention of children’s diseases.Methods Based on retrospective study and relative analysis,disease classification,death causes and trends were statistically analyzed.Results Significant change was found in disease spectrum and death causes of hospitalized children in a children’s hospital from 1993 to 2008.The numbers of hospitalized children increased remarkably with notable decline in death rate,and the rare disease in the past had become the common diseases today.Conclusion The prevention and control as well as healthcare of children’s diseases should be strengthened,and healthy knowledge is also popularized to protect the health of children.
