摘要
医患关系相互依存、相互怀疑的复杂性,导致医患纠纷频发。通过分析医患"理性行为"异同的博弈,旨在关注一方影响并受到另一方影响制约行为的决策所导致的一方行为可能最好但却可能损害另一方行为的发生,从而为选择医患双方博弈的趋同提供解决的思路。
The doctor-patient relationship is complex with interdependence and mutual suspicion,resulting in frequent doctor-patient disputes.Doctors affect and affected by patients,neither side will not completely control the happened things and make the other side isolate,and results depend on their own selected strategies.However,the ＂rational behaviors＂ attempt to implement possible best behaviors in their own opinions based on respective interests,although such behaviors may damage the interests of the other side.The similarities and differences for doctor-patient ＂rational behaviors＂ were analyzed to provide opinions for doctor-patient convergence.
