The individual case discussion,as a clinical routine,plays an important role in clinical teaching.Based on literature review and evidence-based medicine,the individual case discussion of modern medicine model with scientific organization as well as open and interactive teaching methods was formed and introduced,which extends clinical visions and thoughts,improves professional qualities and stimulates the enthusiasm of clinically scientific research in clinical practice of orthopedics,providing advantageous foundation for medical students to improve their scientific research levels roundly.
