安徽省不同地区人群和家畜蜱源立克次体病血清流行病学调查 被引量:4

Seroepidemiological Investigation on Tick-born Rickettsial Disease of People and Livestock in Different Regions of Anhui Province

摘要 目的了解安徽省农村地区人群和家畜蜱源立克次体病感染状况和分布特点,为科学防治蜱源立克次体病提供依据。方法 2009年4~5月在安徽省广德县、明光市和怀远县采集农村人群血清613份,家畜血清150份,使用试剂盒,采用间接免疫荧光法(IFA)检测斑点热(SGF)、人单核细胞埃立克体病(HME)和人粒细胞无形体病(HGA)抗体,并进行不同地区、年龄、性别比较。结果 613份人血清中,SGF阳性血清250份,阳性率40.78%;HME阳性血清98份,阳性率15.99%;HGA阳性血清17份,阳性率2.77%。SGF血清抗体存在年龄、性别和地区差异,HME血清抗体存在地区差异;150份家畜血清中,SGF阳性血清91份,阳性率60.67%,HME阳性血清33份,阳性率22%;HGA阳性血清4份,阳性率2.67%;家狗血清HGA阳性率显著高于羊和牛,家畜SGF和HME血清抗体存在地区差异。结论安徽省农村地区存在蜱源立克次体病自然疫源地。 Objective To explore the infection status and the characteristics of distribution of the Tick-borne rickettsial disease in population and livestock in rural areas of Anhui province,and to provide scientific basis for prevention and treatment of this disease.Methods 613 serum samples of people in rural area and 150 serum sample of livestock were collected in GuangDe,MingGuang and HuaiYuan county from April to May of 2009.Indirect fluorescence assay(IFA) was used to detect the Antibody level of spotted fever(SGF),human monocytic ehrlichiosis(HME) and human granulocytic Anaplasma disease(HGA).Meanwhile,in accordance with different geographical region,different age and different sex,the antibody level of the serum samples were made a comparison.Results Among those 613 human serum samples,the antibody-positive sera of SGF,HME and HGA were 250,98 and 17 one by one,and the positive rate reached 40.78%,15.99%,2.77% respectively.There are significant differences in serum antibody levels of SGF in different regions,age and sex groups.There were significant differences in serum antibody levels of HME in different regions.Among 150 serum samples of livestock,the antibody-positive sera of SGF,HME and HGA were 91,33 and 4 one by one,and the positive rate reached 60.67%,22.00%,2.67% respectively.The HGA serum antibody-positive rate of dog was significantly higher than that of sheep and cattle,and there was significant difference in the antibody levels of SGF and HME of livestock in different regions.Conclusion Rural areas of Anhui province were the endemic area of Tick-born rickettsial disease.
