山区高速公路隧道危险品运输管理对策

Measures for Transportation Management of Dangerous Goods on Expressway Tunnels in Mountainous Areas

近年来,因危险品运输车辆在山区高速公路隧道发生交通事故而导致的重大火灾屡屡发生,造成较大的经济损失和不良社会影响。在归纳总结国内外相关研究成果的基础上,以江西省目前最长的高速公路隧道——九岭山隧道为例,给出公路隧道危险品运输事故灾害等级及应急救援流程,并按照风险最小原则,提出危险品运输车辆通过公路隧道时的交通管制措施,制定危险品运输事故应急救援预案,为山区高速公路隧道安全运营提供参考。

In recent years,serious fires due to traffic accidents of vehicles transporting dangerous goods on expressway tunnels in mountainous area took place frequently and caused big economic losses and adverse social impacts.On the basis of concluding the relevant research achievements at home and abroad,taking the longest expressway tunnel at present in Jiangxi Province-Jiulingshan Tunnel as an example,this paper presents disaster grades of dangerous goods transportation accidents on expressway tunnels and corresponding emergency rescue process,proposes traffic control measures as transportation vehicles with dangerous goods passing the expressway tunnels,and stipulates emergency rescue preplan for transportation accidents of dangerous goods,providing a reference for safe production of expressway tunnels in mountainous area
