绿色通道车辆检测系统的研究与设计

Research and Design of Vehicles Detection System on Green Channel

绿色通道车辆检测是指对绿色通道上通行的车辆装载物品进行全面检测,从而判断其是否为合法的绿色通道通行车辆。目前高速公路管理部门采用的人工抽查方式很难达到全面检测的效果,且效率较低。为此,研究并设计了一种能够对绿色通道通行车辆进行全面快速检测的系统,通过射线对车身快速扫描获取图像,采用图像处理技术和多元信息融合技术来实现对绿色通道车辆的智能检测。该系统能够较好地打击假冒绿色通道通行车辆行为,从而减少高速公路管理部门的损失,故具有广阔的应用前景。

Vehicles detection on green channel refers to overall detection for articles loaded on vehicles passing the green channel so as to judge whether or not they are legal vehicles passing the green channel.At present the manual selective examination adopted by the administrative departments of the expressway is difficult to achieve effect of overall detection and efficiency is low.For this reason,this paper studies and designs a system which can fully and rapidly detect vehicles passing the green channel,and realizes intelligent detection for vehicles passing the green channel via fast scanning car bodies by rays to capture images and by means of image processing technology and multi-source information fusion technology.This system is able to crack down factitious vehicles passing the green channel better so as to reduce losses of the administrative departments of the expressway,exhibiting wide application prospects.
