城郊农地休闲利用初探

Preliminary Study on Recreational Use of Farmland in Suburbs

随着我国农业现代化的转型和社会休闲方式的转变,休闲农业成为现代农业和旅游业发展的新方向,也成为国家支撑新农村建设、振兴农村经济、协调城乡发展的有效途径。在这种背景下,农地休闲利用,特别是城郊农地的休闲利用成为我国土地利用和管理领域中不可回避的话题。我国农地休闲利用已经形成了初步的概念、类型和模式,但也正面临农地用途转变、获取途径、经营方式、生态保护、利益分配等多方面的现实问题,必须从制度、管理、规划和技术等四个方面寻找相应的对策,以促进城郊休闲农地的合理、高效、有序、健康利用,以保障休闲农业旅游的可持续发展。

With the transformation of agricultural modernization and social leisure living style,recreational agriculture is becoming a new direction of modern agriculture and tourism industry development,and it is also an efficient way to supporting rural construction,promoting rural economy and coordinating the development between city and countryside.Under this background,the recreational use of farmland,especially in suburbs,has becoming an unavoidable topic in land use and management.Recreational use of agricultural land has formed a preliminary concept,types and models in China;however,it is also faced with many practical problems,such as agricultural land use changes,access ways,management methods,ecological protection,the distribution of benefits,so countermeasures in institution,management,planning and technique must be found to promote the reasonable,efficient and orderly use of farmlands and for safeguarding sustainable development of leisure agricultural tourism.
