我国城乡一体化的阶段性及其量化分析

On Phasing and Quantitative Analysis of the Integration of Urban and Rural Areas in China

城乡二元结构是传统农业与现代工业并存、农村社会与城市社会分割的一种经济社会形态,它是发展中国家所共有的现象,也是世界各国社会经济发展的必然历程。本文以城乡二元结构的演变为线索,从城市化和工业化发展角度,分析了城乡关系的演进规律,提出了城乡关系发展的五个阶段和五个表征,建立了分析城乡关系发展阶段的指标和方法,在此基础上对我国城乡关系的发展阶段做出判断,并对城乡一体化相关问题进行了讨论。

Co-existence of the dual social and economic structures,so as the disparity between urban and rural areas,is the result of both the co-existence of traditional agriculture and modern industry and the isolated development of these two areas.It is a common phenomenon in the developing countries and an indispensable stage in social and economic development of each country all over the world.Based on the social and economic dual structures,this paper analyses,in the perspective of urbanization and industrialization,the rules of the progressing of urban-rural relationship,then puts forward not only the 5 stages and 5 features of the progressing but also the indexes and measures to analyse the progressing.After analysing the integration of urban and rural areas in China,the paper comes to the conclusion of what stage the development of China＇s urban-rural relationship is now at.
