城乡收入差距的拉大真的抑制了消费吗?

Does the Widening Income Gap Between Urban and Rural Areasreally Restrain the Consumption?

以平均消费倾向构建的总消费模型为基础,探讨了城乡收入差距对消费需求的影响。分析表明,20世纪90年代中期以来城乡收入差距的拉大对消费需求的影响具有阶段性:1998年之前收入差距的拉大促进消费;1999-2002年期间抑制和促进关系交替出现;而2003以后收入差距的拉大抑制了消费。除此之外,城乡收入差距对消费需求的影响程度在整体上具有逐渐弱化的趋势,但当前的抑制作用具有一定的增长趋势。

In this paper,it builds a total consumption model based on the average propensity of consumption,and then discusses the effect of the gap between urban and rural incomes on demand.The results of the analysis show that the impacts of widening gap between urban and rural incomes on consumer demand appear in different stages since the middle 1990s：Before 1998,the widening income gap promoted consumption;During 1999~2002 period,it acted alternately as restraint and promotion;And after 2003,the widening gap restrained the consumption.In addition,its impacts on consumer demand have gradually weakened in general,but they take a certain momentum of growth for inhibition at present.
