摘要
根据科技成果及其转化等统计指标存在的问题,从内涵属性和外延要素两方面对科技成果、科研成果和技术成果及其转化等概念进行分析比较,其中外延要素的界定和相互关系通过其邻接词集合的交集考察概念间的相容与相斥,并通过对中心词(概念)与邻接词相关度分析,从纵向进一步对科技成果等概念进行了界定,其结果验证了内涵属性界定。为规范高校科技成果及其转化率等指标的统计提供依据。
According to the problems of the statistical indicators of the scientific and technological achievements and their transfer,the paper compared the concepts of scientific and technological achievements,research results,technological achievements and their transfer from the connotation and extension properties.The definition of extension elements and their relationships inspected the compatibility and repulsion of the concepts through the intersection of the adjacent word.And through the correlation analysis of the central word and adjacent word,it also defined further the concepts of scientific and technological achievements in longitudinal direction,and the results validated the properties of defined connotation.The results would regulate the statistical indicators of the scientific and technological achievements and their transfer rate in universities.
