For improvement of students＇ professional competence and quality,the paper carries out research and working process analyses on the course of structural steelwork construction.Based on the working process orientation,the course teaching contents center around the vocational skill requirements in occupations,and the teaching methods and measures are reformed,so as to train more qualified front-line technical talents for structural steelwork construction enterprises.
