Scientific and perfect teaching managerial institution system is the foundation for realizing the virtuous mechanism of self-development,self-management and self-discipline;and furthermore,the guarantee of improving the teaching quality in higher vocational colleges.This paper expounds the connotations of teaching management and the effects of teaching managerial system in the implementation of teaching,and presents the principles of constituting the teaching managerial system from such aspects as validity,applicability and development.
