基于权的最小平方法的闽清县建设用地集约利用现状评价

Evaluation on actual intensive construction land use based on weighted least square method:a case of Minqing county

采用文献资料法和实证分析法,对闽清县建设用地集约利用现状进行评价。利用权的最小平方法得出的指标权重,从协调度评价和综合评价两个方面对建设用地集约利用现状进行评价。评价结果显示,闽清县建设用地集约利用程度较高,建设用地集约利用协调度和协调发展度逐年提高,但投入开发程度与福州市相比还有较大差距。权的最小平方法在建设用地集约利用现状评价中是可行的。

In this paper,we evaluated actual intensive construction land use of Minqing county with methods of documentation and case analysis. Using the index weight derived from the least squares method, we researched the actual intensive construction land use from the coordination degree evaluation and comprehensive evaluation. The results show that the overall construction land use management in Minqing county is good, but its investigation and developing level still has a large gap compared with Fuzhou city, ahhough the coordination degree and coordination development degree of intensive construction land use have improved year by year. It is concluded that the weighted least square method in actual intensive construction land use evaluation is practical.
