摘要
植物工厂LED照明控制系统涉及到多路LED独立控制、大功率白光LED的恒流驱动、ECU单元和系统控制的设计,以及监测电路与单元通信等技术问题。本文分别对大功率LED驱动和光谱特性、不同波长LED分控点亮和系统控制、现场通信技术进行了研究。在设计过程中完成了大功率LED驱动电路亮度可调、LED光色调整以及散热检测调试和验证,并以此构成了植物工厂LED照明控制系统的基本单元。在单元的通信接口和优先权限设定之后,组成了较为理想的现场可控光照系统。结果表明,经过系统控制设计的LED光源不仅节能、环保,而且由于LED的亮度、色温、光谱的可控制性满足了植物工厂的需要。
LED lighting control system in a plant factory is related to drive LED independent, high power white lighting LED constant current drive, ECU units and control system design, monitoring circuit and communication technology units, etc. In this paper, we studied high power LED difference between driver and light spectrum characteristics, different wavelengths of LED lighting control and system control and on-site communication technologies. We complete a high-power LED driver circuit with adjustable brightness, LED light color adjustment and the cooling test debug and verification in the design process, thus constitutes a plant factory LED lighting control system as the basic Unit. With the communication interface in the unit and priority access settled, the composition of a more ideal site controlled lighting system can be achieved. The result shows that a system design in the control LED a source is not only energy efficient, environment protective, but also can meet the plant factory needs including the control of the LED brightness, color temperature and spectra.
