城市饮用水源地生态补偿标准定量研究——以昭通渔洞水库水源保护地为例

Quantitative Study on the Ecological Compensation Standard of the Urban Drinking Water Source Area——Taking the Water Source Conservation Area of Yudong Reservoi as an Example

综合分析昭通渔洞水库水源保护地生态环境的现状和生态补偿主、客体,对生态补偿相关方补偿标准作定量分析,并对补偿政策进行探讨,为解决库区经济发展和水环境生态保护的矛盾进行有益探索。

This paper synthetically analyzed the present status of the ecological environment and both of the subject and object for ecological compensation of the water source conservation area of Yudong Reservoir,and made a quantitative study of the ecological compensation standard for the concerned parties,and discussed the complimentary policies.This was a beneficial attempt to solve the contradiction between the economical development of the reservoir area and the ecological protection of the water body environment.
