我国农村土地流转现状实证分析——以重庆市为例

An Empirical Research on Status of Land Tenant Transfer in China——A Case Study in Chongqing Municipality

基于重庆市土地流转情况实地调研,介绍重庆市土地流转现状,提出重庆市土地流转的"地票"制度和创办农村土地交易所的新尝试,并对所调研的村镇进行统计性描述,研究土地流转的相关定价问题。通过对重庆市土地流转相关政策的研究分析,提出我国农村在土地流转过程中出现的问题及相应解决措施。

Based on a field survey on land tenant transfer situation in Chongqing Municipality,the new attempts to apply ＇land index＇ regime and to open the rural land property tenant transaction agency in Chongqing Municipality were proposed.The statistics about the surveyed townships and villages were analyzed,the price setting for land tenant transfer was also studied in this paper.Based on discussing about the land tenant transfer related policies in Chongqing Municipality,the problems occurred in the land tenant transferring process in China were analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward in this paper.
