摘要 为选育产量高、活性物质含量高、抗逆性强的栀子新品种,选取现有本地栀子种质资源中表现较好的类型的枝条,利用60Coγ射线进行辐射诱变处理,然后将优选的株系通过扦插繁殖、栽培,经过多年的稳定和筛选,选育出了具有树型适中、分枝匀称、冠形圆满、花果期集中、结实量多、果实大、果实中栀子苷与色素含量高、抗寒、适应性强等特点的新品系——天顺栀子。经急性毒性试验,结果表明该新品系与普通栀子一样安全无毒性。 To select good quality gardenid,branch of the local gardenia species with excellent characteristics were treated by ^60Co γ-rays irradiation,and then reproduced the selected lines through cutting propagation.After years of stabilization and selection,a new gardenia strain-Tianshun was obtained.The new strain showes lots of good characteristics such as medium tree type,symmetric branching,round crown,concentrated flowers and fruits,high fruiting and large fruit.The contents of jasminoidin and pigment in the fruits is higher,and the cold resistance and adaptability of the plants is stronger than the other species.The acute toxicity tests indicated taht the safety of new strain was the same as common gardenia.
