摘要
目的:为了探讨经皮内镜下胃造瘘术(PEG)在重型颅脑外伤患者进行肠内营养供给上的应用。方法:对28例重型颅脑损伤患者进行PEG,并观察患者的吸入性肺炎、营养状态、血浆白蛋白水平等变化情况。结果:28例手术均成功,进行PEG的重型颅脑外伤患者机体的营养状况均不同程度改善,且减少吸入性肺炎的发生。同时,血浆白蛋白水平显著性升高(P<0.05)。结论:PEG是重型颅脑外伤患者肠内营养的重要途径,为患者康复提供了营养保证,且降低了吸入性肺炎的发生率。
Objective：To explore the application of percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy（PEG） in the supply of enteral nutrition for the patients with severe craniocerebral injury（SCI）.Methods：28 SCI patients were operated with PEG,and aspiration pneumonia,nutrition and plasma albumin levels were determined before and after the operation.Results：All of PEG operations for 28 cases succeeded.The PEG operation improved the nutrition level of the SCI patients,and decreased the incidence of aspiration pneumonia.In addition,the plasma albumin elevated significantly（P〈0.05）after PEG operation.Conclusion：PEG is an effective method to provide the enteral nutrition for the SCI patients,and it also could decrease the aspiration-pneumonia incidence.
